Build the brand. Keep the customer. Control the operation.

Serious distributors outgrow spreadsheet operations, inbox approvals, patched portals, and generic white-label claims. The business gets harder when customers need branded self-service, support, audience growth, catalogue changes, billing clarity, and day-to-day operational trust from the same place.

Aggregator OS is for distributors that want one branded operating system for acquisition, retention, daily execution, and monetization, instead of stitching those layers together across disconnected tools.

Launch faster

Go live with branded infrastructure instead of spending months building portals, billing flows, and operational back office from scratch.

Acquire under your own brand

Bring customers into your own domain, landing page, support identity, and branded dashboard instead of somebody else’s product surface.

Retain customers with better tooling

Keep customers inside your environment with audience-growth tools, support, smart links, review flows, and campaign requests that feel like a real platform.

Monetize more of the relationship

Sell subscriptions, run campaign checkout, extend advances, and keep more service revenue inside the tenant instead of pushing it into disconnected tools.

What your customers get under your brand

This is the part customers feel. It is what makes the tenant look like a real distribution product instead of a thin branded portal.

Branded customer dashboard

Give customers a tenant-branded dashboard for uploads, catalogue activity, withdrawals, analytics, and account management under your own identity.

Audience growth tooling

Give customers fan mailing lists, signup pages, embeds, promo funnels, smartlink capture, and release-linked audience CRM under your brand.

Smart links, reviews, and sharing

Offer smart links with email capture, analytics, public reviews, sharing, and private pitch-link workflows without sending customers into third-party tools.

Real support under your brand

Keep customer support tickets, replies, and account communication inside the tenant so the service feels branded through problem resolution.

Human review workflows

Offer customers a platform with real release and video review before delivery, not just blind submission into an upload pipe.

Update and takedown requests

Keep post-delivery corrections, managed update requests, takedowns, and end-date removals inside the same branded system.

Campaign checkout and ad credits

Let customers request campaigns and pay approved promo or ads with ad credits or standard checkout, all without leaving the tenant.

Subscription sales and billing visibility

Sell customer subscription plans under your own brand and show billing status, usage allowances, and invoice history from the dashboard.

Royalty advances

Fund customer royalty advances from distributor balances and keep repayment visibility tied to future reporting.

What your operations team gets

Once customers are inside the tenant, your team needs the control layer that keeps catalogue, support, finance, and billing moving without losing visibility.

Dedicated tenant environment

Operate inside a dedicated tenant with clear boundaries across labels, suppliers, partners, and operators.

Branding and theme controls

Control domain, branding, homepage, button styles, and customer-facing theme settings from one place.

Tenant domain setup

Provision custom domains, DNS verification, and branded launch setup as part of onboarding.

Sub-label portals

Let suppliers and sub-labels operate inside your own distributor environment with the right tenant boundaries.

Deliveries and updates

Handle customer submissions, human review before delivery, updates, retries, corrections, and identifier fixes in one system.

Customer detail views

Open customer, release, video, track, artist, channel, and DJ-mix detail views from one admin surface.

Billing dashboard

Track usage snapshots, monthly arrears billing, invoice history, and payment retry status from a branded operator view.

Customer withdrawal visibility

See customer withdrawal activity and payout history inside the tenant instead of reconciling it in a separate finance tool.

Secure payout handling

Handle sensitive financial and account actions with the right approval and access controls.

Support and account operations

Keep support ticketing, customer communication, and account actions inside the tenant.

Operator analytics and exports

Track customers, revenue, withdrawals, deliveries, and usage from branded operator dashboards, then export the reporting you need.

API access and automation

Expose API access for automation across uploads, catalogue, analytics, support, and withdrawals when teams need deeper systems integration.

AI cover art as a tenant feature

Offer AI cover-art generation as a customer-facing capability inside your own environment.

Tenant-branded radio surfaces

Extend the tenant into branded radio identity and listener-facing media surfaces where your business model supports it.

Exact modules and permissions are configurable during onboarding.

Usage-Based Billing

Aggregator OS is billed monthly in arrears. Charges are based on your tenant’s usage across all sub-label and customer accounts in your environment.

What counts

Usage is measured using the same metrics that gate tiers inside the platform: Artists, Channels, and Assets (Tracks + Videos). Removed/declined items are excluded.

How pricing works

Monthly pricing is a base fee plus overage. You have included allowances for Artists, Channels, and Assets; only usage above those allowances is billed per unit. Your Billing dashboard shows your included limits, billable usage, and current rates.

Invoicing & reliability

We snapshot usage for each billing period so invoices don’t drift if jobs run late. Charges run automatically using the card on file, with retry handling if a payment fails.

Aggregator OS is invite-only. Billing configuration is set during onboarding and visible inside your dashboard.
